The Third Meeting of the Thessaloniki Port Users' Council successfully took place on Thursday, May 12, 2022, chaired by Mr. Athanasios Liagkos, Executive Chairman of the BoD of ThPA S.A., with the active participation of Mr. Franco Nicola Cupolo, Managing Director - Chief Executive Officer of ThPA S.A., representatives from relevant bodies, as well as executives and partners of the company.  

The meetings of the Thessaloniki Port Users' Council constitute a significant platform for dialogue between the members of the port community. Their goal is to exchange views about issues of common interest and initiatives that strengthen the growth orientation of ThPA S.A.  

In this framework, the third meeting, in which 21 representatives from 21 bodies participated, focused on the progress of the infrastructure development projects realized in the Port, the upgrade of the equipment and services provided, as well as the ongoing improvement of connectivity.  

Additionally, emphasis was given to the Port's significant tourist growth prospects, following the strong start of the season, further to last year's excellent performance in Cruise and Ferry.

Commenting on the meeting's proceedings, the Executive Chairman of the BoD of ThPA S.A., Athanasios Liagkos, noted: "The excellent cooperation between ThPA S.A. and the users of the Port of Thessaloniki was once again affirmed. We share a common vision with the broader port community regarding the port's constant evolution and international competitiveness.
